You are able to return an item in order to obtain a refund within 90 days of placing your order. Contact our support team to receive a RMA # and return ship label to send the product back to us. Any original shipping fees will not be reimbursed. It typically takes us 3 business days to process a returned product though this can extend longer in periods of high volume / seasonality. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and settlement to that payment method will be dependent on your financial institute and their speed to make funds available.

If your merchandise was delivered defective or damaged, we will issue a prompt replacement. We pack our products well in order to keep them secure throughout the entire shipping process. Many of our products are even double-boxed and we do not sell any products that would be easily damaged. Unfortunately, accidents can happen. Please contact us about your damaged item within 30 days of receiving it and we will send replacement parts.
